From humble beginnings
Mario and Sons was founded in 1966 by Mario Palozzo under the name “Mario Welding and Engineering Pty Ltd”. He started off by fabricating metal fences and gates for people’s homes and businesses. Over time, Mario’s services grew in demand, eventually expanding his business into the fabrication of steel for large warehouses and offices. His three sons, Maurice, Fabio and Livio, would all take part in the journey and eventually take over the business after his retirement.
We have been embedded in the construction industry for over half a century, and have a long line of projects and achievements. We are able to fabricate over 100 tonnes of steel per week, pushing 150 during peak times. We complete the vast majority of our work in New South Wales, and have also worked in Queensland and Victoria.
What we do
Mario and Sons primarily focuses on the construction of large scale industrial warehouses and offices. We have successfully undertaken hundreds of these types of projects over the last 60 years, and are always in the mood for a couple more.
