Mario & Sons holds an extensive, fully equipped fabrication plant with the tools and machinery to handle any size or type of fabrication job in Australia. Our fabrication facilities are equipped with state of the art machinery for cutting, drilling, welding, and finishing. Our equipment includes a CNC beam line, plasma cutting machines, an anglemaster, and a range of blasting and painting systems. Combined with our sizeable workshop team, these allow us to efficiently produce steel for a variety of both simple and complex structural steelwork, ranging from individual frames, trusses, staircases, and platform structures to major industrial and commercial centres.
Steel Installation
Our on-site installation operations form a vital part of Mario & Sons’ complete structural steel service. We manage the erection process with a focus on precision, coordination, and safety. Each project is carefully planned and executed according to design requirements and site specific conditions, ensuring efficient installation and a seamless and streamlined experience for the client. Our experienced crews work seamlessly with other trades to maintain smooth progress on site and deliver dependable results every time. Our own fleet of vehicles, trailers, elevated work platforms, telehandlers and mobile cranes at our disposal ensures minimal downtime for clients and effective coordination from the beginning of the job to the end.
