Overview

Mario and Sons offers a grit blasting and painting service alongside our regular steel production. We are fully equipped for inhouse painting as well as the industrial grit blasting of steel. We are also able to perform:

1. Blasting only

2. Blast and prime

3. Blasting and painting of multiple coats to any industrial paint specification

We have implemented 3 working shifts and we will provide competitive prices, great workmanship and fast turnaround.

Our facilities include:

• 5 acres lot including 10,800m² undercover

• 1400m² paint shop plus 2 x 300 m² painting bays

• 2m x 1m x 25m automatic blasting machine

• 18m x 5m x 5m blasting chamber

• 9 overhead cranes (5 to 10 tonnes)

• Franna crane, forklift and 3 individual telehandlers

• Grit Blasting Chamber (18m x 6m) - Fully equipped for inhouse painting with 6 x 65:1 Airless Spray Pump Machines
  

Delivery options

We provide a pick-up and/or delivery service at competitive rates. We pride ourselves in providing and excellent service. Our fleet of vehicles comprises:

• A prime mover with four trailers (two extendable)

• 14 tonne table top

• 4.5 tonne table top

• 2 x 1 tonne utilities

• 9.3 metre tilt tray truck
