Overview

Mario and Sons offers a grit blasting and painting service alongside our regular steel production. We are fully equipped for inhouse painting as well as the industrial grit blasting of steel. We are able to perform:

1. Blasting only

2. Blast and prime

3. Blasting and painting of multiple coats to any industrial paint specification

Our facilities include:

• 1300m² paintshop and 700m² outdoor painting area under awning - Fully equipped for inhouse painting with 6 x 65:1 Airless Spray Pump Machines

• 2m x 1m x 30m automatic blasting machine

• 18m x 6m x 5m Blasting Chamber

• 9 overhead cranes (5 to 10 tonne capacity each)

• Franna crane, forklift and 3 individual telehandlers
  

Delivery options

We provide a pick-up and/or delivery service at competitive rates. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service. Our fleet of vehicles comprises of:

• A prime mover with four trailers (two extendable)

• 14 tonne table top truck

• 4.5 tonne table top truck

• 9.3 metre tilt tray truck

• 20 tonne capacity Prime Mover with 4 trailers up to 24m long
